The current reference gives contractors, architects, agencies, and funders a real development basis while preserving flexibility. The working concept is approximately 40,000 gross square feet across two Phase 1 floors, with about 32 private resident rooms, four shared-household groups, and a public-facing learning, employment, technology, resource, kitchen, workshop, and support level.
