Six entry job pods are being developed. A funded opening will be posted only after customer demand, payroll, supervision, equipment, and the cohort capacity gate are in place.
Bring something real—or tell us what you need
Participation can mean paid work, buying a 1TRUE service, bringing a business into the network, joining a technology pilot, offering professional capacity, supplying property or equipment, pursuing governance, funding Mourning Stars, or starting a private support conversation.
Six entry job pods are being developed. A funded opening will be posted only after customer demand, payroll, supervision, equipment, and the cohort capacity gate are in place.
Start a Clean & Care buyer conversation, commission a P.Ai.R. discovery, or become a future BeTrue Financial design partner.
Housing development, property management, recovery support, design, construction, finance, law, technology, procurement, training, equipment, and customer access are immediate needs.
Tier 3 operators, property partners, funders, suppliers, advisors, governance candidates, and community partners can enter through an agreement that protects ownership and exit rights.
1TRUE is building a no-experience-required paid rotation and skilled-placement path through Workforce Services. The standard active-work track is 70 paid hours every four weeks—15 / 20 / 15 / 20—only when the work and complete support cost are funded. Every compensable hour is paid; hours above 20 in a week remain separately payable to the member.
1TRUE does not currently represent these roles as funded job openings. The first six-person cohort opens only after at least three job pods, 483 hours of four-week capacity, supervision, payroll, insurance, transport, equipment, and at least eight weeks of payroll/member-support liquidity are documented.

| Facilities & Events | Room setup/teardown, inventory, supply runs, furniture moves, and nonlicensed maintenance support. | Partner demand needed | Customer scope, material-handling limits, site safety, equipment, and acceptance standards. |
| Food & Provisions | Receiving, pantry inventory, meal support, dishwashing, packing, laundry, and distribution. | Campus / partner dependent | Funded meals or customers, food-safety requirements, facility, supervision, and equipment. |
| Logistics & Delivery | Sorting, packing, loading support, delivery assistance, moving, and route documentation. | Buyer discovery | Customer routes, vehicle and commercial-auto coverage, driver qualification, and load controls. |
| Office & Digital | Scanning, data entry, reception, scheduling, records cleanup, simple customer follow-up, and project support. | Project based | Funded scope, confidentiality/data rules, accessibility, training, and quality review. |
| Maker & Repair Helper | Tool staging, parts inventory, cleanup, supervised fabrication, furniture, and equipment repair support. | Site / equipment dependent | Qualified supervisor, tools, guarding, PPE, authorizations, and licensed-trade boundaries. |
| Skilled & Professional | Credentialed healthcare, trades, administration, design, technology, education, operations, or another qualified service. | Opportunity specific | License/credential, funded demand, correct employer or Tier 3 agreement, insurance, and market-rate compensation. |
Joining the interest list is not an employment offer, guaranteed schedule, housing admission, or membership acceptance.
The first commercial offers are deliberately narrow. Each starts with a customer, written scope, price, acceptance standard, and capacity gate. Services expand only after the first version is delivered, paid, measured, and repeatable.
A proposed 90-day supplementary crew for defined public, commercial, nonprofit, event, or property sites.
A paid, bounded engagement that maps one costly workflow, quantifies the baseline, screens data/security, and defines a human-approved automation pilot.
One configured workflow with controlled data inputs, human approvals, exception handling, training, and customer acceptance.
Entity-aware financial operations for organizations managing payroll, restricted programs, participant support, cards, bills, and monthly reconciliation.
Food, laundry, repair, transport, learning, technology, supplies, and other essentials are intended to serve members first and sell available capacity to nonmembers.
Bring an existing business, trade, or service into the 1TRUE network through an arm's-length vendor, affiliation, license, employment, joint-venture, or subsidiary agreement.
A useful introduction is specific: what you can own, what result you can deliver, what authority or credential you hold, what it costs, and what evidence you can provide. Interest matters; accountable capacity moves the plan.
Experienced affordable/supportive-housing developer or owner, property manager, voluntary service-provider partner, architecture/engineering, civil/site, environmental, cost estimating, land use, capital advisory, and Oregon counsel.
Candidate land, buildings, adaptive-reuse options, options or rights of first refusal, master-lease structures, and owners willing to support disciplined due diligence. No unconditional transfer or purchase is requested by a first conversation.
City, commercial, nonprofit, event, property, and prime-contractor buyers willing to define routes, scope, budget, procurement, insurance, acceptance, and a lawful pilot or subcontract.
HR/payroll, workers' compensation, safety, supervisors, transport, PPE/equipment, training providers, WorkSource connections, short credentials, and placement partners for at least three funded job pods.
Oregon accounting/controller support, employment and financial-regulatory counsel, banking/payroll/card/bill-pay provider relationships, security/privacy review, bookkeeping architecture, reconciliation, tax coding, and complaint/appeal design.
Qualified technical lead, UX/QA, security expertise, pilot sponsors with one measurable workflow, customer-success support, innovation mentors, and founders or organizations willing to pay for discovery.
Peer support, recovery navigation, primary care, behavioral health, substance-use treatment, overdose prevention, medication access, crisis referral, benefits, documents, transport, and privacy-respecting outcome partnerships.
Phase 0 predevelopment capital, operating-validation funding, P.Ai.R. pre-seed and customer deposits, CDFI and lender readiness, philanthropy, eligible public resources, and technical assistance—without double counting.
People with lived experience of homelessness, recovery, disability, work barriers, housing programs, local neighborhoods, and public systems who can improve the owner program and identify assumptions before they become expensive.
A person can use one lane or several, but each relationship stays clear. A member can also be an employee, tenant, vendor, founder, donor, or governor only through the separate agreement and safeguards that apply to that role.
Tell 1TRUE what kind of stability or connection you are seeking. This begins a conversation, not a promise of housing, treatment, benefits, employment, or admission.
Explore Tier 3, a vendor relationship, employment, a pilot, a joint venture, professional service, or another agreement that protects ownership, pay, quality, and exit.
Donate, sell, lease, license, lend, or invest only through independent diligence and a written structure. No property transfer is required for membership or support, and no tax or return claim is promised.
Tier 2 members may apply through training, competency, conflict disclosure, nomination, and review. Tier 1 sworn authority requires the deepest fiduciary commitment and gives up member-specific financial upside tied to governance.
Community service cannot substitute for paid productive work, housing charges, membership duties, or wages. Any volunteer scope must be optional, clearly separate, safe, and lawful for the organization receiving it.
“We are all creators. We are all part of the animal world. No one should impose their will on another.”
1TRUE understands the image of God as equal creative dignity—not a claim that one person stands above another. Because people also make technology in our image, technology must remain accountable to consent, evidence, human review, and the right to say no. A.R.K. is meant to make that accountability visible through permissions, records, reasons, correction, and appeal.
Write with the lane that fits: paid work, buying a service, offering a needed service, Tier 3 enterprise, Mourning Stars development, property, capital, technology, governance, support, or simply learning more.
A few practical details are enough: what you need or offer, your location, credentials or experience if relevant, timing, and the best way to reach you. Please do not send sensitive medical, legal, or financial records in the first message.
